1. Introduction
SustCoReport, is glad that you wish to use our tool (the “Tool”). The Tool consists of two parts BAS and PLUS. However, when using the Tool, you must accept our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) below. Companies or organizations who let their representatives (such as employees) use the Tool, accept to follow these Terms and to be responsible for their designated users’ compliance with these Terms by inviting users to use the Tool.

2. Definitions
The following terms shall, in these Terms, have the meaning ascribed to them below. The “Tool” means the sustainability management tools found on the site www.sustcoreport.com, with its at any time current features.
“Company” means any organization that is using any version of the Tool.
“User” means you, a natural person who is the user of the Service.
The “Site” means the domain and subdomains of www.sustcoreport.com.
“User Account”, means any individual User’s account.
“Content” means all original content of the Service, such as features, functionality, design elements, graphics, pictures, texts, statistics, guidelines, frameworks, standards and any other material or information.
“Data” means all texts, statistics, graphics, pictures and all other information that a User or Company uploads or publishes via the Tool.
3. The scope of the Tool
The Tool is a digital platform, available via the Site, where Users can self-evaluate their sustainability work. The Tool is controlled and operated by SustCoReport. The Tool consists of two parts BAS and PLUS.
4. The User Accounts
A User Account is connected to a certain User and may only be used by this User. Each User is responsible for keeping their login information secure and to keep their information updated and complete. Each User is responsible for the activities conducted under his/her User Account.
5. Prohibited use of the Service
The User may use the Tool for lawful purposes only. The User is strictly prohibited from posting or transmitting any material that could cause SustCoReport harm, constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any laws or these Terms. SustCoReport assumes no responsibility for Users’ posting or transmitting of such material. SustCoReport will cooperate with authorities and comply to court orderings requesting or directing SustCoReport to disclose the identity of anyone posting prohibited material.
6. Data
The Tool allows Users to upload, submit, store, send and receive Data. The Company or Organization that the Data concerns, retains the ownership of such Data. Consequently, you may not use Data in other ways than explicitly permitted in the Service or by the Data owner. Any submitter of Data warrants that it is either the owner of the Data or holds a valid permission to use and upload such Data from the Data’s owner. SustCoReport neither warrants nor represents that Data, or the use thereof, will not infringe rights of third parties.
7. Intellectual property rights
The Tool and its Content are SustCoReport exclusive properties. The Users’ permitted use of the Service and its Content is limited to the rights granted under these Terms. SustCoReport´s intellectual property may not be used in another manner without their respective written consent. The Tool may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any purpose inconsistent with the rights granted under these Terms.
8. Third-party sites
SustCoReport is not responsible for the content of any third party site linked to from the Tool. Users are advised to review any terms and privacy policies of such third party sites before using them.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, its fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SustCoReport shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the User’s use of the Service.
10. Breach of the Terms
If the Service is used in violation with these Terms, or if the use constitutes a risk of harming SustCoReport´s goodwill, trademarks or reputation in general, SustCoReport reserves the right to delete, restrict or block any Data related to the breach and to limit the faulting User’s and/or Company’s access to the Service. Each Company agrees to compensate SustCoReport with respect to all direct and indirect liability, losses, damages, costs or expenses caused, arising out of, or in connection with the Users’ i) negligence, ii) breach of these Terms, or iii) misuse of the Tool.
11. Changes to the Terms
SustCoReport may at any time revise these Terms by publishing the new Terms on the Site, whereas such changes shall be in force from the publication thereof. The Users are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit the Site to review the Terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the public courts of Sweden, whereas Stockholm District Court shall be the first instance.
